NSW Mid North Coast beaches fish well all year round, with a large variety of light and medium tackle species on offer. Come on a 4WD adventure with us to learn the essential skills of beach fishing and rigs/baits that work best for us.

4WD Beach fishing clinic's typically run from 6am - 11:30am, an exact pickup time and fishing location will be confirmed after booking.

All fishing gear, bait and ice is supplied. Coffee, tea, water and biscuits provided. BYO food, drinks, insect spray and protective clothing (Weather proof jacket, hat, sunglasses).

Target Species

Summer / Autumn Months:

Warm waters bring in great numbers of Whiting, Dart and Flathead. It's not unusual to catch large 'Greenback' Tailor, as they come in to feed on the schools of smaller fish in the surf.

Winter / Spring Months:

Cooler currents bring in large schools of Tailor, big sea Bream and Tarwhine. It is very common to catch Tailor on Lures in the surf during this time of year.
